As a Project Engineer at Tidas Automation, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to deliver outstanding technical solutions, craft compelling and competitive proposals, and provide exceptional customer support. This role is key to driving revenue growth and shaping the future of automation technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored automation solutions for clients.
  • Create and deliver high-quality, bid-winning proposals that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Provide concept development, technical support, and AutoCAD drawings to support customer projects.
  • Manage all aspects of project execution from order to delivery, including scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking.
  • Facilitate client meetings, develop issue logs, and ensure timely resolution of project challenges.
  • Use project management and communication tools such as Monday.com to track activities and maintain transparency across teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal sales and engineering processes.
  • Maintain organized proposal documentation and participate in project close-outs by comparing estimated vs. actual results.

Performance Objectives

  • Drive annual revenue growth through new business development.
  • Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with key prospects and partners.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to support team success and company scalability.
  • Improve quoting and estimating processes using historical data and pipeline insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and communicate technical solutions to clients.
  • Strong customer service mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with engineering principles related to automation design and project delivery.

Additional Information

All proposals exceeding $75,000 must be reviewed and approved by the President prior to release.
Weekly reporting and documentation expectations include clear communication of progress, issues, and financials.

This role requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and accountability to both internal teams and external customers.
